Actually, I did add the ginger beer after getting about half-way through the drink…largely because the ginger beer was cold. The drink is still good…a good combo of sweet and biting at the same time.

Well, I like it anyway…in fact, I made another tonight!

indeed, the joe cooper uses all the elements of classic mixology…. ginger beer would have been an interesting element, i’d think….did you end up trying that?
