TB: I have no idea. I tend to drink simple cocktails as I am a simple person. This whole bartending thing is rather new to me still and I need to work on trying such things.

Although I should point out that Gabriel is the only one depicted actually *drinking* his Hurricane, so maybe we’re off the hook. Will it stand up in court?

I think it’s an interesting balance you’ve got there. Perhaps creating a Hurricane that has a bit of a Singapore Sling element to it (putting your Passion Fruit Liqueur at both the top and bottom of the drink) might give it a more favorable “look” and a different experience while drinking it?

Oh, and it’s time for tequila, btw. Get out your shot glasses, salt, and limes.
