A life long buddy runs an Italian restaurant and I help him out every so often. The bar is limited, but it has the goods to make your Island Dood. I did use fresh lime juice and concentrated pomegranate. The Island Dood was a big hit. I even think Jeff would approve.

P.S. congrats on your First Anniversary. I hope to see many more.

You are correct- Rick *is* convulsing. He only lives about two hours from me, so I can sense his suffering.

But he’d be perfectly fine with this drink if you just sloshed some Absinthe into it.

I cheer for UCLA earnestly on one weekend a year. When they play USC. (Course I cheer for USC one week a year too: When they play the Domers!)
