Argh, I hate being out of rum. This was the one I purchased after 4 rumless weeks. It was nice getting to know the V/X.
It’s great to use with.. well, everything. All the people I know have only Bacardi Blanco on the shelf for sipping, using in cocktails and what else.
They should use this one. It’s perfect for a good sip. And more. It got me interested in the Appleton Estate line, I’m curious to find out what the rest has to offer.

Bravo! I clicked through from Tastespotting to see if this was a true Mai Tai, and as person whose family lives in Hawai’i, we take the subject seriously and defend against the use of pineapple juice or grenadine, which have no place in a Mai Tai. This sounds two thumbs up. Da’Kine! Mai Tai! The best.
