55ml Matusalem classico
35 ml raw sugar syrup with hint of cinamon
12 mint leaves
half a tahitian lime (soft skinned lime)
Ginger Beer ( 20 ml or top up spalsh )
I like some of your recipes, they look sound interesting and we’ll have to try a few. My wife and I have a modern version of the rum shack (or rum shop) in St. Lucia, called Skeeterz Rum Bar. Please visit us at your convenience at http://www.SkeeterzRumBar.com – and you may find us trying some variations of your recipes.
Please keep me up to date on your site.

My niece, Kelly Earle, used to work with you andfor Thanksgiving she made one of your fabulous holiday warm rum recipes to everyone’s complete delight! Therefore, I pose this question to you: We’re vacationing in Hawaii and want a recipe for the perfect Mai Tai. There’s some terrible recipes out there, and after trying a few of your recipes, we only trust the dood! Can you help us soon?
Karen: The sad state of affairs in the world today has Hawaii almost entirely devoid of places that serve a proper Mai Tai. While I’ve only been to Oahu, my many agents tell me that Hawaii may be one of the worst places to get a Mai Tai if you want a real one.
The real one, of course, is the original Trader Vic recipe, found here: http://rumdood.com/2009/12/14/cocktail-recipe-mai-tai/
great to see new things………..cheersssssssssss.
Hi Matt,
How do you make you Viscious Virgin?
